Thursday Coffee Roasters is a small coffee roastery in Denver, Colorado. If you have any questions about this policy or your information, email us at hello@thursday.coffee.

• Your email address, when you join the list.
• Your ZIP code, so we know whether you are inside our Denver pickup and delivery area.
• Your phone number, only if you choose to provide it for text alerts. This is optional.
• If you place an order: your name, contact details, delivery address, and order information. Payment is handled by Stripe, and we never receive or store your full card number.
• Basic, privacy-friendly website analytics through Vercel. This is aggregate information like page views. It uses no advertising cookies and does not track you across other sites.

We use your information to send drop notifications and the occasional update, to fulfill pickup and delivery orders, and to run and improve the site. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

We use Resend to manage the list and send email. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.

Phone numbers are optional and are used only to send drop alerts if you opt in. See our SMS Terms for details. You can reply STOP to any text to opt out at any time. We do not share your number for marketing by others.

When you order, payment is processed by Stripe. Stripe handles your payment information under the Stripe privacy policy.

We share information only with the providers that help us run the service, such as Resend for email, Stripe for payments, and Vercel for hosting and analytics, and only as needed to operate.

You can unsubscribe from email, reply STOP to texts, or email hello@thursday.coffee to access or delete the information we hold about you.

This site is not directed to children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date above shows when it was last changed.
